Matthew is by far the most well-informed, competent agent I have ever met. He was as much my attorney, engineer, tour guide, mortgage broker, nature consultant as my real estate agent. He is outstanding in his field. Someone should make a movie about my experience. If a book was written about “awesome”, Matthew would be the main character.
