We ran away from real estate agents before as we didn’t see what they added to the home buying-selling process. In our previous home sales and buys we were happy without a real estate agent. This time around the house we wanted was under contract with Matthew and he managed to totally change our perception of what a good real estate agent adds to the whole stressful buying/selling process. He is now a good friend with which we hang out a lot and he continues to impress us with his knowledge and smarts.
